What can be returned/refunded?
– Regular Priced items may be returned/refunded.
Return Items Requirements.
-Item must returned /received within 10 business days from original shipping date.
– Products must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition it was received.
– Hangtags must be attached and in the original packaging.
– A copy of Proof of Payment must accompany each product at time of return.
● At Our discretion we have the right to not accept a return if customer does not
comply with the above return requirements after received and inspected.
– Upon inspection and requirements we will notify you regarding Approval or Not.
● Will i receive a full Refund on my Return?
Yes, We currently do provide Refunds and We will also Gladly exchange your unworn return for
another item at equal value.
● When do items need to be returned?
Return Items MUST be POST-MARKED within 10 business days of the original shipping date.

– Print your shipping label through the USPS SITE. (OPTIONAL)
– Place items in the reusable envelope or box.
– Apply shipping label to the outside of the package.
– You are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING FEES.
– Once we recieve and approve your return, we will gladly Refund your account.
* Shipping for returns?
– RizzQue is not responsible for RETURN shipping rates or Items NOT received. Customers will not be refunded.
* Request a Tracking # when returning, we like this process to be as smoothe & efficient as possible.
– Rizzque will gladly cover the return shipping charges on EXCHANGED Items.
● PLEASE NOTE: Trunk Limited and Sale items are final sale. Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.
THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE REFUND.
● We value your business and are commited to providing you with great quality. If our
product does NOT meet your expectations again we will gladly accept your unused item for a refund or exchange for an item that
may be a better fit.
● Credit for returns?
Credits will not be applied to your RzzQue account. We will gladly refund or exchange the item for an Equal or lesser value product.

What do you ship?
RizzQue Apparel and accessories. 🙂
When do you ship?
We ship Retail Orders within 2-5 Business days from completed purchased date. We are not responsible for any Delays caused by the shipping Carriers.
Lost or Stolen goods?
Unfortunately We are not responsible for any Lost or Stolen goods delivered to a residence / shipping address.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship Domestic and International.
How do you ship?
We ship with USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail and offer an Express Mail option.
Rates to ship?
We ship with USPS using FLAT rates. See checkout for more information.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Our customers can track an order through USPS by logging in and with the tracking number originally provided.
In-store pick up option?
Currently we do not offer this option.
