We provide a care label on ALL of our garments. We recommend you wash your RizzQué Apparel separately in cold water with like colors using a Mild soap, preferably w/ no additives. For best Drying results we recommend flat dry. If you must machine dry we suggest Low/Delicate.
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order once it has been submitted?
With Simplify Commerce we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Prepaid Debit cards. You can also choose to pay through Pay Pal.
We Use USPS PRIORITY MAIL (United States Postal Service) for all of our shipping. We currently ship domestically and will soon ship Internationally.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 Business after order is recieved .
Domestic Orders shipped through USPS PRIORITY MAIL takes 2-4 days depending on the area of the country.
International Orders usually arrive 6-10 days after shipping.

Return items must be POST-MARKED Within 10 Business days from original outgoing Shipping Date. If you decide to return your Order kindly notify us by EMAIL us under FAQ’S/SUPPORT.
